1. Who we are

JobTight™ is a job documentation, time tracking and crew performance service for contractors, currently operated by Haven Homes Heating & Cooling (Solon, Ohio). The operating entity may change to a dedicated JobTight company. If it does, these terms will be updated.

2. Founding spots

Submitting the founding form is a request to be contacted. It isn't a purchase, and no payment is taken. The founding offer (50% off for 12 months, limited to the first 25 shops) applies once a paid subscription starts, under the final terms presented at signup.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You're responsible for your account, your users and the content you upload. You must have the right to upload photos and data, including any customer information. Don't use the service for unlawful purposes, or to store content unrelated to your jobs beyond fair use.

4. Unlimited storage and fair use

Photo and video storage for job documentation is unlimited on every plan, subject to a fair-use policy that will be published with the final terms.

5. Your data

You own your data. You can export it at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Estimates and examples

Any dollar figures on this website are illustrative examples, not guarantees of savings or results.

7. Changes and contact
